Q: What are the expected shipping times?

A: Our products are sourced from all over the world and typically take 15-29 days to ship to your door. Though we tend to see products arrive in under 10 business days we do open the window for longer shipping time due to things out of our control such as weather or customs delays. Refunds will not be granted for orders that arrive outside the estimated delivery timeframe. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: At Modern Design Warehouse, we strive for customer satisfaction with our products. Our return policy allows for returns within a 14-day window from the date the product is received by the customer. To initiate a return, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team.

For a hassle-free return process, kindly ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition. When returning an undamaged item, securely pack it to prevent any transit damage. We kindly request that our customer service team receives pictures of the undamaged item before sending it back to us. Please note, if the returned item arrives at our warehouse damaged, a refund will not be issued.

Upon receiving the returned item, our warehouse team meticulously inspects it to verify its condition. Following this inspection, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Please be aware that the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we strive to ensure a fair and transparent return process for all our valued customers.

Q: What if my order arrives broken?

A: Oh no!! We will send out a replacement to you as fast as we can. Please contact our customer service team with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. 

Q: I'm a contractor/architect/interior designer, can I get a discount code?

A: Heck yeah! Thank you for your repeated business and referral to your clients! Contact our customer service team to get set up with a unique code to purchase our products at a discount.
